| Abstract: | Intranets, which have established their place in corporations, often outgrow their original scopes and become difficult to maintain. Navigation, organization schemes, and labeling are common issues. This paper is a case study of how one newspaper’s intranet used information architecture techniques – including user interviews, content analysis, card sorts, blueprints, wireframes, and usability testing – in the redesign process. |
