Your students should be instructed to follow your graduate school ETD guidelines and departmental specific instructions for preparing and submitting their theses or dissertations. It is important that they are aware of this early on in the dissertation process so that they can make use of the existing pre-formatted templates, as well as making them aware of what digital formats are supported for submitting their materials.
